The film focuses on Berlin-based photographer Roland Wirtz and his photographic machines. Since the first digital era, Roland has been pushing out the digital photographic progress, strenuously doing research on photography as a “time-gate”, building enormous cameras which look a lot like “time machines”. The work is still in progress and we're currently developing the production for the last scene. The film is made in collaboration with Enrico Casagrande.
